Food Policy
Healthy snacks are welcome in the classroom. Fruit, vegetables, nuts, and other healthy snacks are great things to bring and eat when you feel your energy dropping. Staying hydrated is also very important, bring water and drink it! Tea and coffee are also welcome.
Do not bring sugar drinks or sugar snacks to class. Do not bring full meals like burritos or slices of pizza to class, they are a distraction and make everyone else hungry.
If you are confused on whether your snack is "healthy" check in with me and I will let you know whether it qualifies.
